Dear Students,

We hope your spring semester is going well and that you enjoyed spring break. We are writing as a follow-up to our message sent last week titled “[Important] End of Semester Departure Planning” to let you know that the Spring 2024 Departure Form is now available in the housing portal via the Forms process. All on-campus students must provide their departure date via the Spring 2024 Departure form no later than Wednesday, May 1, 2024. 

As a reminder, residence halls close at 12:00pm ET on Monday, May 27 for graduating students, including those graduating in December 2024. As our records indicate you are a graduating senior, you are required to fully vacate your room and return keys no later than 12:00pm ET on Monday, May 27. In our previous communication, the closing date was mistakenly noted as “Saturday, May 27”. We apologize for this error and any resulting confusion.

If you enter a departure date on or before May 27, you will sign up for a time to drop off your key to our staff. 

If you enter a departure date after May 27 you will be directed to the Extended Housing Request Form to provide more information about your request. The approval of extended housing requests is not guaranteed.
