Not every housing-related question is handled by Residential Life. Find the right place for building repairs, billing and financial aid, accessibility, mail and packages, storage, Brown Card access and other common needs.
- Student account and payment questions should be directed to Student Financial Services.
- Individual financial aid questions should be directed to Undergraduate Financial Aid.
- Mail, shipping and mailbox questions should be directed to Mail Services.
- Students who need disability-related accommodations at Brown can request support through Student Accessibility Services (SAS).
- Access to University buildings, print services, dining, and more is through the Brown card.
