Community Coordinator Recruitment is a three-part process, consisting of:

• Application
• 30-minute interview
• Academic and Conduct check

All applicants that submit an application by the deadline will be offered an interview. Upon submission of your application, you will be prompted to select an interview time.

Fall Recruitment Process

• Application: due November 14, 2022, at 9 AM
• 30-minute Interview: November 14-18, 2022
• Employment Offer: sent via email on December 2, 2022
• Acceptance of Offer: due December 7, 2022

Spring Recruitment Process

• Application: due February 1, 2023, at 9 AM
• 30-minute Interview: February 8-10, 2023
• Employment Offer: sent via email by the end of March 2023 (rolling)
• Acceptance of Offer: due 48 hours after the offer is emailed

Before submitting your application, fully review the Community Coordinator Job Description. Please take specific notice of the two following sections:

• Section 5: Required Availability – These are important dates that you have to be available for in order to hold the Community Coordinator position.
• Section: 6: Job Qualifications – You must meet these qualifications in order to be eligible to be a Community Coordinator.

Information Sessions: There are a number of info sessions, hosted by Area Coordinators. Please feel free to join to learn more about the role and ask any questions you might have.
