Community Coordinator (CC)

Community Coordinators serve as role models and leaders among peers, creating a vibrant, engaging, and respectful residential community as an essential component of students’ educational experience.

Recruitment Process

Community Coordinator Recruitment is a three-part process, consisting of:

  • Application
  • 30-minute interview
  • Academic and Conduct check

All applicants that submit an application by the deadline will be offered an interview. Upon submission of your application, you will be prompted to select an interview time.

Recruitment Timeline

Spring Recruitment Process

  • Application: due January 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET
  • 30-minute Interview: February 5 - March 3, 2024
  • Employment Offer: sent via email by the end of March 2024 (on a rolling basis)
  • Acceptance of Offer: due 48 hours after the offer is emailed
