Dear Students,

We hope your fall semester is going well. We are writing as a follow-up to our message, “[Important] Fall Closing, Winter Break, and Spring Opening” to let you know that the Winter Break Housing form is now available in the housing portal via the Forms process. The form has a priority deadline of Thursday, December 7, 2023. Late requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

As a reminder, the residence halls will close at 12pm ET on Friday, December 22, following the conclusion, on Thursday, of the final exam period. The residence halls will reopen at 8am on Saturday, January 20, 2024.

If you need to remain in your residence hall room beyond 12pm ET on Friday, December 22, arrive prior to 8am on Saturday, January 20, or remain in on-campus housing for the entirety of winter break, you must submit the Winter Break Housing form. The form contains details about eligibility, housing costs, meals, and financial assistance.

You do not need to complete the Winter Break Housing form if you do not plan to live on-campus between December 22 and January 20.
