Microfridge

Students living on campus have the option to rent refrigeration units through Microfridge, a trusted collegiate partner. Rental fees include delivery, setup, repairs, and removal. 

Students must provide their building and room assignment to rent a unit. To learn more, visit their website

Students also have the option to provide their own mini-refrigerator for personal use while living on campus. Personal units must be registered with Residential Life. The personal unit must be ETL/UL Listed, rated for 120 Volts, 60Hz power, and use a smart/safe-plug power allocator; refrigerator size of 3.3 cubic feet in capacity or less.To register a personal unit, login to the housing portalNOTE: Registration will be available in late July 2026.

We have a number of kitchens available around campus with community refrigerators if you decide not to have a personal unit in your room.  Our kitchens are also equipped with appliances (stovetop, oven, microwave) that allow for food preparation within your residence hall. 

Conlon Student Storage

Students in need of temporary storage between academic terms can acquire services from Conlon Student Storage. They are authorized to enter residence halls to retrieve and deliver student belongings. For more information, visit their website.

GradGuard

Residential students must indicate whether they have personal property insurance by completing the Insured Status form, available in the housing portal. While students are not required to purchase renter’s insurance, the University strongly recommends it. Students may purchase insurance through their own insurance providers or with GradGuard, a trusted collegiate partner who offers renters insurance coverage to students living on campus. CSC Service Works

Students living on campus have access to complimentary laundry services within their respective residence halls. Instructions for proper use of washers and dryers are posted in laundry rooms, as well as a QR code to report an issue with the machine(s).
