Residential Life

Alexa is a second year graduate student pursuing a masters degree in College Student Personnel at the University of Rhode Island. At URI, Alexa is the graduate assistant for the Center for Student Leadership Development where she supports key programs such as Day of Leadership and Leadership Institute. In addition to programming, she instructs an introductory course in the interdisciplinary Leadership Studies minor. Throughout her journey in the CSP program, Alexa interned with Violence Prevention and Advocacy Services to learn more about prevention and reaction efforts.

This past summer, Alexa served as a NODA intern at Syracuse University working with their New Student Programs on the pilot of their summer orientation program. Alexa is very excited to continue to gain experience in New Student Orientation at Brown this semester working with the New Student Programs & Community Initiatives team, especially the Bruno Fellows and Leaders. 

Outside of grad school, Alexa enjoys exploring Rhode Island beaches and trying new restaurants and coffee shops around the state.
