Commencement and Reunion Housing
Commencement and Reunion Weekend will be held this year from Friday, May 22, 2026 through Sunday, May 24, 2026.
Reservation Process
On-campus housing reservations for Commencement Guests (friends and family of the members of the Class of 2026) and Reunion Guests will take place during the Spring 2026 semester (stay tuned for exact dates). The Office of Residential Life is unable to provide housing blocks or reserve specific buildings, floors, suites, or rooms for specific reunion class years. Housing reservations are offered strictly first come, first served and are limited in quantity. Guests wishing to stay in the residence halls must reserve housing online prior to May 6. Onsite reservations will not be available.
Housing Details
On-campus housing is available beginning on Friday, May 22 at 3:00 pm through Monday, May 25 at noon. Nightly rates are as follows:
- Single: $135 per room per night
- Single (Suite/Apartment): $135 per room per night. Suites and apartments are reserved as full units. Price per suite is dependent on the number of bedrooms in the suite.
- Double: $166 per room per night
- Triple: $186 per room per night
Please note, there is a two-night minimum.

Campus Maps Website - A listing of several helpful maps of campus, including a Visitor Map, Accessibility Map, and Parking Map
Interactive Campus Map - An interactive map of campus that has information regarding Brown's buildings, green spaces, athletic fields and more. Be sure to explore the available layers at the top right of the map to toggle useful information about the campus such as bike racks, blue light phones and accessibility resources.
Google Maps - A helpful tool you can use to determine the walking or driving distance between campus buildings, as well as the best path from Point A to Point B
Room Information
- There are singles, doubles, and triple rooms available, as well as suites.
- All beds are Twin XL.
- Guests will likely share bathroom facilities and climb stairs.
- Guests will receive basic essentials such as bed linens, a pillow, and towels.
- Rooms are smoke-free and not air-conditioned.
- Need an extra blanket, towels, hangers, alarm clock, hand mirror, small fan, or other amenities? Guests will need to bring those from home.
Cancellations and Refunds
Guests wishing to cancel reservations may do so via the online reservation portal on or before the second Friday of May. Guests who submit a cancellation request by this deadline will be eligible for a full refund. The Office of Residential Life does not allow for cancellations, modifications, or refunds after the second Friday of May.
