Residential Life Policy: Alcohol and Drugs

The Brown University Policy on Drugs may be found in the document Student Rights and Responsibilities.

One of the provisions about alcohol detailed in this policy is as follows:

Kegs, large-scale containers of alcoholic beverages, and individually-sized bottled alcohol are not permitted in the residence halls. They are permitted in certain authorized spaces only in connection with a properly registered social event, in accordance with the guidelines of the Student Activities Office, located in 123 Faunce House.
